Thomas Tran is the founder of Thomas Tran Law Firm, P.C., a law firm based in Mesquite, Dallas County, Texas. Thomas focuses his practice in personal injury law. In 1993, prior to attending law school, he opened and managed a chiropractic clinic located in Arlington, Texas, that treated thousands of patients injured in motor vehicle accidents, work-related accidents, and slip and fall incidents. With over 20 years of combined experience in both the healthcare and legal professions, he is able to anticipate defenses that may be raised by opposing counsel and build a strong case for the full compensation that you deserve.
Thomas also focuses his practice in immigration law. He and his family moved to the United States in 1975 at the Fall of Saigon. As a first-generation immigrant from Vietnam, he understands how overwhelming the immigration and visa processes may be. He understands the hard work and sacrifices of many immigrants, including those endured by his parents. With first-hand experience, he is compassionate for the struggles that are faced by immigrants to live and work in America. While attending law school in Michigan, he became a naturalized citizen of the United States, thus he has first-hand experience in the processes of immigration and naturalization as well.
Thomas Tran is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Oklahoma and is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association. He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and in all Federal Immigration Courts.
